Watned an automatic satellite dish until i found out the prices. The found this at £550 went to Falcon to have a look to see what was involved. A lady showed me how to set up and it was set up in a jiffy. Installation inluded at £550 and watching the same TV as with a £1500 dish. Happy bunny thanks lady great job

Really good experience. We went to have our 4G & TV reception improved and find out more about electronics systems that would benefit our travels in the motorhome. Chris gave us a full & comprehensive list of things they could provide, the complete cost of each item and explained how each device applied to the way we holiday/want to holiday. He explained everything at length but was not pushy in the slightest and left us alone for quite a while to discuss what we wanted and could afford at this time. It was a revelation the extent of what can be done and introduced us to things we weren’t aware existed and how it can benefit the way we want to travel, and we really appreciated his time in explaining things to us. We stayed on the site which was so useful. Each pitch has electric hook-up and there is waste disposal, fresh water, hot showers and toilets provided. There is a waiting room with tea and coffee for use while your vehicle is in the workshop, there is a walk sheet provided which we did as our work was going to take all day. We also found a lovely pub with really good food about 4 miles away (The Leigh Arms) which I would heartily recommend. After the work was completed we were given a full and comprehensive demonstration of how each thing worked by Dean. He explained how when we are carrying our kayak it would impact on the satellite receiver and how to overcome it. The mobile 4G booster router sounds a very useful addition to have, especially when travelling with other family members. The TV reception has improved treble fold and is possibly better than our home TV now! We had a lithium battery installed and a regulator with a battery management system, USB sockets fitted. We have previously purchased a tv and sat-nav from them, when encountering problems with the sat-nav (which was user error) we found them most helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and helpful staff in both the products and systems provided.

always wanted a automatic satellite system as I can’t get out and set it up like I used to be able to do and I didn’t want to spend too much then I saw this amazing product from falcon they said I could go to where they are based and have a look at one working an it was working amazingly quick great product got it fitted there and then and not looked back since, thanks falcon.

Did not want to spend thousands on a satellite system but did not want on a tripod so this fitted the budget and delivered what we were looking for. SImple set up but being shown how to use with free camping was a great idea. Well done FALCON great product and great service

We have struggled with a standard TV antenna for years we found out that there was little or no signal in Scotland. We wanted a Satellite dish but £2,000 mark was more than we wanted to spend. We had this manually system fitted it is very simple to set up and is less than half the price but delivers the same channels as the more expensive one.

we met FALCON at the Manchester caravan show. We explained we struggled with TV reception when going camping in Wales. Dean from FALCON explained the reason was due to poor TV reception we followed his advice and purchased the Flat roof fitted Satellite system and had it fitted at their camp site. Great service they were very tidy then showed us how easy it was to set up. We are so pleased after going to our old site where TV was not possible but now is thanks to FALCON. Would recomend and we are going back next month to get a tracker fitted.
