Common Questions about 4G Mobile Internet

Is 4G internet good enough for a caravan?

For most people, yes. 4G handles browsing, email, video calls and streaming comfortably, and it is available across most of the UK, including many rural and coastal spots.

How fast is a 4G caravan router?

Our 4G routers reach up to 150Mbps in good coverage, which is plenty for streaming and working. Real-world speeds depend on the local signal and network.

Do I need a special SIM for a 4G router?

You need a standard data SIM from any UK network. Choose a generous or unlimited data plan if you stream or work online a lot.

Can I move the router between vehicles?

Yes. Our 4G kits are portable, so you can move them between a caravan, motorhome or home, or take just the router with you.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Just received my Falcon Mobile WiFi Router 4G Combo Deluxe and what a joy to behold, from unboxing the hard padded storage case containing all we need to get on line in our caravan, the ease of setting up was fantastic within 5 mins of plugging in the power cable I was on line. Can recommend this piece of kit.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve just installed the magnetic wireless camera with 7” mirror monitor and used it on our first trip last week. It is absolutely brilliant piece of kit and having just changed upgraded to a larger car and can gave my hubby peace of mind. Easy to install and would recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. As well as excellent products, Falcon’s customer service is second to none. They are very responsive and helpful. I use two products: the wireless reversing camera and the 5g mobile WiFi router. I am very, very happy with both. The products are of excellent build quality and you feel that Falcon really understands their market by including useful features and equipment. It’s a pleasure buying from them and using their products.
