If you change your mind about a product that you have ordered from this website or over the phone you can cancel your order for up to 14 days from the day after that on which you received the goods. You must contact us for a return authorisation number prior to returning the goods and provided the goods are new and unused you will receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
