Camera system demonstrated and explained at nec. Returned following day and purchased. Fitted by me today an all seems well. Good quality and full instructions.

Messaged Falcon on Monday. Wanted their wireless rear view camera fitting on my twin axle caravan plus an extra camera to go at the side of the caravan for when we turn corners. Also wanted the wire in the car hardwired to the cars ignition, so no wire hanging from the monitor down getting in the way. So I messaged on Monday all above supplied and fitted at my address in Manchester on Wednesday!!!! Now that's what I call sevice. Got a message from Chris from Falcon on Thursday morning to check that I was happy with everything...never known a company that gives such great customer service and so quick! Can't recommend them enough!

I had the pleasure of meeting Joe and his mum at the NEC Motorhome & Caravan Show yesterday, and what a great lad Joe is! I arrived with a pocket full of questions, and he answered every single one with a smile. Brilliant customer service! The Falcon Camera I bought for my caravan is absolutely brilliant and so simple to set up. If I can do it, anyone can! The picture quality is fantastic, both day and night, and I love the fact that it also records. It even comes with a memory card, and you can set the camera to loop recording, so once the card is full, it automatically records over the oldest footage. If you prefer, you can easily switch this function off. You can also adjust the reversing guide lines to suit your requirements, giving you that extra bit of confidence and helping you avoid reversing into something. The box contains everything you need, including glue to attach the camera to your caravan, and the fitting and charging instructions are really easy to follow. The camera itself feels like a very solid, well-made piece of equipment, and the quality is evident as soon as you pick it up. One of my concerns was how the monitor would fit inside the car, but it attaches to the rear-view mirror very easily and securely. They even supply two different lengths of power cable, depending on where your vehicle’s power source is located. They really have thought of everything! The monitor controls are straightforward to navigate, with a nice, large display and big, easy-to-read icons. Setting the time and date is simple, too. All in all, a fantastic bit of kit, backed up by excellent customer service. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. We purchased a Falcon power station for our camper van because we wanted to explore more places. But without coffee, that was the consideration. Spoke to Falcon, and they assured us that their 1200 watt power station would operate my coffee machine. So off we went to the Lake District, and it never let us down. After 12 months of use, we have not been without power. It's very reliable, trusted, great value, and a good company to deal with.

Just received my Falcon Mobile WiFi Router 4G Combo Deluxe and what a joy to behold, from unboxing the hard padded storage case containing all we need to get on line in our caravan, the ease of setting up was fantastic within 5 mins of plugging in the power cable I was on line. Can recommend this piece of kit.

Just had a solar system and wifi fitted to my caravan. I am so pleased with the service and the set up. What a beautiful place. Joe went through all the options with me before my van went into the workshop and Peter explained everything when it was completed. They set up my TV, laptop and phone for me. Habe den Router für unseren Camping Urlaub gekauft. Habe ihn vorab zu Hause im geschlossenen Raum ausprobiert und hat tadellos funktioniert. SIM Karte rein, eingeschaltet Password eingegeben und schon hat es sich in Sekundenschnelle verbunden. Leider gab es keine deutsch Betriebsanleitung. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung für diesen Router.

Purchased a Falcon solar system and Falcon fitted at their headquarters. Great product, used now for 12 months, kept us off grid all throughout the season of 2026. Got the dual regulator, looking after the engine battery as well as the camping battery. Great company, good value, perfect installation. Has to be a five-star.

Purchased an antenna to use with 4G/5G router. Worked as described

I had an event to do but was told for my DJ decks I had no electricity. So I contacted one of my friends and he supplied me with a Falcon Power Station. Wow, what a bit of kit. That much so, I bought one myself, just in case we get power cuts as well. Great for camping, great for doing DJing when off grid, but also great for emergencies where there's no power.

Used in a very poor signal caravan park where signal was none existent . Managed to connect over 6 devices, and including signal gained in a neighbouring caravan.

Purchased online and was fast delivery, next day. Very easy to set up. Put in the sim and off it went. Good signal, all accessories provided. The external antenna is very handy and i've been really pleased with the ease of use and performance. Would recommend for streaming on the tv.

We love our falcon tv! Great addition to the caravan and can even be used off grid. We love that we can get Disney and Netflix on here. Definitely recommend Picture quality and sound are brilliant. The tv itself looks really sleek and there’s no glare from any angle!

I’ve just installed the magnetic wireless camera with 7” mirror monitor and used it on our first trip last week. It is absolutely brilliant piece of kit and having just changed upgraded to a larger car and can gave my hubby peace of mind. Easy to install and would recommend.

The falcon 4g combo is fantastic. I caravan in the new forest and for 2 years have had no success getting WiFi. I purchased this and was sceptical but I have full WiFi and no drop outs. If you are in an area with no WiFi this is the kit you need and it’s really easy to set up

Very quick delivery, complete kit is great and works fantastic the cameram is clear and the magnetic base is great for holding the camara in place and then easy removing for storage

As well as excellent products, Falcon’s customer service is second to none. They are very responsive and helpful. I use two products: the wireless reversing camera and the 5g mobile WiFi router.
