The HD camera connects wirelessly to the included 7″ mirror monitor, which clips neatly over your existing rearview mirror for a natural, comfortable viewing position. Unlike basic reversing camera kits, this Falcon system includes a full DVR digital video recording function. Your journeys and incidents can be recorded directly to an SD card, helping provide useful footage in the event of an accident, dispute or unexpected road incident.
The system supports SD cards up to 128GB and includes a 32GB card to get you started. Footage can be played back directly on the monitor or viewed later on a PC or Mac.
The magnetic wireless camera is powered by a built-in 9,900mAh rechargeable lithium battery, offering extended use between charges. For added convenience, the integrated mono-crystalline solar panel helps trickle charge the camera using sunlight while you travel.
The camera can also be removed from the vehicle and recharged via USB, making it practical for both regular and occasional use.
The camera features a wide 125° viewing angle, giving you a broad view of the road, driveway, campsite pitch or space behind your vehicle. Built-in infrared LEDs provide a clear black-and-white image in low-light and night-time conditions, making the system useful for both daytime towing and night driving.
The included 7″ mirror monitor clips directly over your existing rearview mirror, keeping your dashboard tidy and your view in a familiar position. The monitor is powered using the supplied USB-A lead and can be connected to a 12V cigarette lighter socket using the included USB to DC adapter.
For larger vehicles or more advanced setups, the monitor can connect to up to 4 wireless cameras. Additional cameras are available separately, and the monitor supports multiple viewing modes including loop, split-screen, triple-screen and quad-view.

Having driven a caravan for some years one of the things I have always wanted was a rear view camera that was simple to install. I found this camera first in the Carvan and Motorhome club magazine and called the company to get more information. I ended up purchasing not just the camera but also bought the Falcon Explorer. Does what is says on the box. Not just a sat nav that you can put all your dimensions in with God knows how many camp sites but then press the camera button and it displays the camera on the back of my caravan. No more guessing if I have gone past a truck any more I can see it. Camera battery life is around 5 hours but its never more than I want to drive for before taking a stop then take the camera off put it on charge and 1 hour later and another 5 hours. Just what I was looking for, thanks!

I bought this product at the Malvern Three Counties motorhome show at a discounted price as I needed a reversing camera but did want to hard wire the camera. The operation was described to me at the show which made it very appealing however as like all these shows there a quite a few tress to look at in a short time, my surprise came when a day or so later when we watched the DVD that came with Falcon Navi where we realised what we had bought with all the added software with in the tablet. After you have added all the required information of your vehicle and set your destination the Falcon Sat Navi will only guide you on roads that are suitable for your vehicle, also if you have the longitude and latitude of your destination it will take you straight there, unlike if you enter the post code as we have had some bad experiences with this as we found there are so many areas outside London where the post code covers a very wide area with so many different types of roads that can take you there some of which I have had first hand experience with being directed down a single track farm road. It is well loaded with Camping and Caravan club sites which have the locations pre set. the best of this product you can transfer it to any vehicle and if your vehicle has a reversing camera you can use the reversing camera as a dash cam. Certainly not money wasted. Well recommended.

Found Falcon in the Caravan and Motorhome magazine and arranged to have a twin camera system fitted with one of the mirror monitors. They did a very nice job, could not see a cable anywhere and viewing is so much better now, easy to use great visibility when driving and reversing. 5 Stars very helpful.

We had this fitted after we experienced towing our caravan for the first time. With limited visibility on our first trip out it turned what was supposed to be a pleasant drive to the Lake District into a stressful one. Overtaking was the biggest problem knowing when safe to pull back in. This was our second experience at Falcon’s workshop and campsite in Cheshire. The first time was to have a solar panel fitted, which we are very happy with. This time we wanted a rear camera fitted. During the pre-work briefing we also learnt that other security measures were available, which could be done at the same time as having the camera fitted. in the end we had fitted a tracker device, a forward facing dash cam, and a wifi booster using our existing tv aerial. Whilst the work was being carried out we enjoyed a hike along the nearby canal and River Weaver. Returning later in the afternoon we found our motorhome parked back in their little campsite with all work done. we enjoyed a quiet , free, overnight stay before heading back home.
This is really quality work, by a friendly and knowledgeable team. Highly recommended.

We had a 4GDTV digital TV antenna with 4G wifi booster, plus a caravan wireless rear view camera fitted to our 2018 Bailey Cabrera by Chris, Colette and the team at Falcon. From start to finish, the whole experience was exemplary, as the customer is number one, with workmanship being excellent, and the advice, knowledge, and understanding from Chris and Dean being first class. The installation was painless and professional from all concerned. The camera is an instant success, and proved it’s worth from the outset, giving the driver valuable additional real time information. We cannot recommend the camera enough, as it gives a third eye to the driver, especially on motorways, and is definitely not a gimmick, but an essential accessory assisting especially when overtaking or moving lanes.
Having the omnidirectional 4GDTV antenna has been a bonus for better television viewing with a wider number of channel choices than our previous directional aerial, and the wifi booster is a bonus in locations where internet access is poor or limited.
We will definitely be going back to Falcon for further upgrades and accessories from the vast and growing range available, as the fitting location is well placed, and easy to access. We took advantage of an over night stay in the gorgeously tranquil rural setting too, which added to the whole experience. Thank you all

As we tow a car on our A class wanted to keep an eye on things when towing and make overtaking easier. Went to Falcon had this option fitted as nor rear view mirror works great. Clear picture and now know when not to pull in when not quite past a truck when towing. Thanks Falcon

Just a brief note to let you know that I am delighted with the Falcon Reversing Camera. It certainly makes for much safer driving, which was really only secondary to the original reason for the purchase. What it has done is made reversing into my very narrow drive entrance simplicity in itself. I can see Jennies hand signals very clearly now, and it saves her from shouting herself hoarse when I am about to back into our high hedges either side of the drive entrance (which used to hide her hand signals) and was able to do it ‘in one’ without pausing. You asked me to comment on the ‘refresh’ rate of the video as transferred from camera to screen. From my perspective, it is fine, and as you said when we spoke, it is virtually ‘real time’. It also gives a very wide field of view.
Certainly, if any should ever ask, I would thoroughly recommend it.

I recently invested in a Falcon Reversing Camera as advertised in one of the caravanning community magazines. It certainly makes for much safer driving, completely removing any blind spots in the rear of the caravan, although this wasn’t the primary reason for the purchase. What it has done is made reversing into my rather narrow drive entrance from our rather busy road simplicity in itself. I can now see my wife’s hand signals very clearly, and it saves her from shouting herself hoarse when I am about to back into the high hedges on either side of our drive entrance. We purchased a new caravan and after towing for the 1st time found it very stressful that we could not use our rear-view mirror in the car. All we could see was the caravan behind us. Having Concerns when towing our caravan and not being able to see what was behind us when overtaking. We consulted Falcon Technologies. They invited us to their Installation Centre. We had the Digital Mirror and wireless Camera fitted. The Falcon Technicians were very friendly and helpful. They explained the whole process to us and how to use the system after installation.

We have now had our Falcon rearview camera for 2 month and have used it on numerous journeys. The extra visibility it gives makes motorway driving much easier both when changing lanes and merging onto motorways. Simple set up rear view camera, with the plate glued to the back of the caravan and after charing the camera for 1 hour we fixed the camera and had the sat nav working between the camera and the navigator. Great for over taking and knowing when safe to put back in then switch back to Navigation mode.

Just to let you know, after successfully using the rear view camera on the M6 motorway in a rain storm, it was then very useful when we met a eight wheeled lorry at the entrance to our campsite and had to use the camera to reverse down the road at a junction.
Your campsite is well set out and everything is to hand. We enjoyed our stay plus the extra day due to the inclement weather.

Wow that was simple, everything in the kit glue metal plate. Took me 15 mins to do the glue but left the plate to go off for 1 days as the magnet is strong. There is no chnance the camera is coming off super strong magnet and the picture quality is perfect. This is another purchase from FALCON they do know their stuff.
