  • From Dave Heron on Falcon 4G Rural Broadband Internet System

We live most of the time in a Static van in North Wales and have had problems with the use of the onsite wifi. We had a wifi booster in the past and although worked well with a connection it was slow due to so many others being online so we wanted our own solution. We bought the wifi booster from Falcon 3 years ago and explained our problem and they suggested the Rural 4G kit. We installed it at the beginning of 2021 and put a unlimited date sim card in from EE. Brilliant we have our own internet without sharing we have a more reliable system and more secure. Installation was simple enough took all of 1 hour. Very satisfied, would recomend.

We purchased this product from Falcon when they were at the NEC in 2019 before lockdown and have had now for 2 years works great. Delivers strong signal & pug and play. Had a slight problem when swapping a sim card to a new provider but soon fixed by the support team with the advice how to change the settings. Great product and great services

  • From Gareth Hilton on 180W 12V Folding Solar Panel for Caravan or Motorhome with Digital Display

I bought this as I leased a VW T6 and did not want anything fitting to the roof of the van so it was simple to remove when it was time to hand back to the leasing company. Falcon installed a water proof external socket for the solar pane which was connected directley to the leisure battery, making set up was easy. Open the panel and plug in as simple as that. The regulator is great as well as gives you detailed information on how many Amps the solar is making and what the voltage of your battery is. Great for off grid and easy set up with little disruption. We also had a Lithium battery and a 1500 watt pure sine inverter fitted which gave me full off grid power. Very pleased with product and the job.

  • From Jim Greggory on 12V DC to DC Charger

We contacted Falcon as we wanted to be off grid and were looking for options of Solar however our camper van roof was small and panels size was limited due to space. Chris suggested to store more engery by swapping our 95 Ah battery for a lithium which would give us twice the stored power and add a DC to DC charger which would make 30 amps per hour when driving. After 1 year of off grid the combination of the solar and the DC to DC charger has done the job and that is with using the inverter that Falcon fitted as well. Great job very pleased

  • From PETER COLVIN on QuickSAT QSF65 Manual Roof Mount Satellite TV Dish

Really good experience. We went to have our 4G & TV reception improved and find out more about electronics systems that would benefit our travels in the motorhome. Chris gave us a full & comprehensive list of things they could provide, the complete cost of each item and explained how each device applied to the way we holiday/want to holiday. He explained everything at length but was not pushy in the slightest and left us alone for quite a while to discuss what we wanted and could afford at this time. It was a revelation the extent of what can be done and introduced us to things we weren’t aware existed and how it can benefit the way we want to travel, and we really appreciated his time in explaining things to us. We stayed on the site which was so useful. Each pitch has electric hook-up and there is waste disposal, fresh water, hot showers and toilets provided. There is a waiting room with tea and coffee for use while your vehicle is in the workshop, there is a walk sheet provided which we did as our work was going to take all day. We also found a lovely pub with really good food about 4 miles away (The Leigh Arms) which I would heartily recommend. After the work was completed we were given a full and comprehensive demonstration of how each thing worked by Dean. He explained how when we are carrying our kayak it would impact on the satellite receiver and how to overcome it. The mobile 4G booster router sounds a very useful addition to have, especially when travelling with other family members. The TV reception has improved treble fold and is possibly better than our home TV now! We had a lithium battery installed and a regulator with a battery management system, USB sockets fitted. We have previously purchased a tv and sat-nav from them, when encountering problems with the sat-nav (which was user error) we found them most helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and helpful staff in both the products and systems provided.

  • From Sam Collins on 7” Digital Mirror Monitor & Wireless Camera

I recently invested in a Falcon Reversing Camera as advertised in one of the caravanning community magazines. It certainly makes for much safer driving, completely removing any blind spots in the rear of the caravan, although this wasn’t the primary reason for the purchase. What it has done is made reversing into my rather narrow drive entrance from our rather busy road simplicity in itself. I can now see my wife’s hand signals very clearly, and it saves her from shouting herself hoarse when I am about to back into the high hedges on either side of our drive entrance. I am also able to carry out the manoeuvre ‘in one’ without pausing, and more importantly without holding up other road users unduly. The team, having explained what is involved in the installation, carried out the task neatly and efficiently, and I would not hesitate in recommending either Falcon or the product.

  • From Richard Sharman on 1080P Full HD Front and Rear Recording / Reversing Camera for Motorhomes with 32GB SD Card 4" Screen 170° Wide Angle G-Sensor Night Vision Parking Monitor Loop Recording Motion Detection

Although we have a reversing system with bikes on the bike rack we can only see when reversing the seats of our bikes which sadley resulting in revsering into a post and damaging out pride and joy. We stopped at the Falcon stand at one of the shows and discovered this product and had fitted we now have peace of mind when driving we are recording front and rear but when we reverse we press the switch and we have full visibility under the bikes with grid lines. Two problems solved with one solution. Great kit and well fitted very pleased.

  • From Sam Collins on 7” Digital Mirror Monitor & Wireless Camera

    Hi Chris,
Just a brief note to let you know that I am delighted with the Falcon Reversing Camera. It certainly makes for much safer driving, which was really only secondary to the original reason for the purchase. What it has done is made reversing into my very narrow drive entrance simplicity in itself. I can see Jennies hand signals very clearly now, and it saves her from shouting herself hoarse when I am about to back into our high hedges either side of the drive entrance (which used to hide her hand signals) and was able to do it ‘in one’ without pausing. You asked me to comment on the ‘refresh’ rate of the video as transferred from camera to screen. From my perspective, it is fine, and as you said when we spoke, it is virtually ‘real time’. It also gives a very wide field of view.

Certainly, if any should ever ask, I would thoroughly recommend it.
